Graduating from Culinary Arts at La Cite Collegial, in Ottawa, proceeded to climb the ranks of the cooking world, on step at a time. Working in many different countries, from isolated islands to deserts, and participating in some of the worlds largest events, decided to settle in Whistler, BC.
Always in search for new opportunities and experiences, and when found, always “diving in head first”. Which is a quality just as much of a set back, but always thankful for the experience. Seeing the opportunity to make a difference, helped to found The Freed Food Society.
